Objectified


Objectified gave a complete overview of product design and the entire process that goes into it. It also brought up several points in design that I had not before considered. For example, that the best designs aren’t developed for the average consumer, but for the extreme circumstances of consumers. When you design for the extremes, the average middle will take care of itself. The movie also made me consider the environmental aspects of design, as well as the sustainability, shipping, and disposal of products.
