As a self-proclaimed coffee addict, I own a rather impressive collection of mugs. This specific one, however, is without a doubt my favorite. Mostly because it just makes me smile. That’s one of the most important principles of design – how an object makes a person feel, its aesthetic qualities, and how one responds to it. And simply put, my coffee mug makes me happy. In addition to just aesthetics, it fits my hand perfectly. My first three fingers are a perfect fit in the handle, so it’s not uncomfortable to hold. The pedestal is also nice to hold onto when the coffee is too hot to hold onto the cup itself. It has a timeless silhouette and a timeless design; besides, who doesn’t love a good handlebar mustache?
